• 10% discount for annual pre-payment of storage fees.
• 10% discount for members of local car or yacht clubs.
• 10% incremental discount for multiple items of same type.
  (i.e.: First car = $200 Second car = $180 Third car = $160...etc.)
• After hour access appointments are to be made 24 hours in advance
• After hour access appointments made under 24 hours in advance are subject to a $25 charge.
• Payments are due in advance monthly.
• Payments can be made in cash or check form.
• Checks should be made payable to "Accord Property Solutions Inc." 
• Membership Plan fees are payable in advance with a 12 month minimum.
• If payment has been made by check, HTS reserves the right to not release a vehicle until the check clears.
• For your convenience, we will be accepting major credit/debit cards in the near future.
• On site detailing by Definitive Detailing. Customers receive a 10% discount.

*Customer Access allows 24/7 access and prevents vehicle from being blocked by other cars.
